We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, password, billing details, custom domains, and content you create such as short links, QR codes, bio pages, barcodes, and websites), information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and click/scan analytics for links, QR codes, and bio pages you create), and information from third parties such as payment processors and, where applicable, single sign-on providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Service, process transactions and send billing notices, generate analytics for links, QR codes, bio pages, and websites you create, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, respond to support requests, and send product updates or service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product usage. Destination links you shorten may also set their own cookies once a visitor is redirected; those are governed by the destination site's own policy, not ours. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Listwr, our users, or the public, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections. We do not share the personal data of your link, QR, or bio page visitors with third-party advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Link, QR, and bio page analytics are retained according to the history window included in your plan; you can request earlier deletion by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most account information directly from Account → Settings, or request assistance by contacting us at the email below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy
