These terms govern your use of Listwr's link shortener, QR codes, bio pages, barcodes, and websites.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using listwr.me and any related apps or APIs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listwr provides link shortening, dynamic QR code generation, bio pages, barcode generation, and lightweight website hosting tools, along with related analytics. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Business).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to shorten, host, or distribute links, QR codes, bio pages, or websites that are illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, including phishing, malware distribution, spam, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to disable any link, code, or page that violates these terms without notice.

5. Content & Links You Create

You retain ownership of the destination content, links, and pages you create. By using the Service, you grant Listwr a limited license to host, cache, redirect, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service, including generating analytics.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Listwr name, logo, and Service (excluding content you submit) are the property of Listwr and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time from Account → Settings. Upon termination, your links, QR codes, bio pages, and websites may be disabled or deleted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listwr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
